We offer four unique spaces that range in size + amenities. First check out the gallery of each space below (click the images to make ‘em bigger!), then use the Book button to start the reservation request process! Can’t wait to host your special event!
THE NORTH SIDE
AKA our back patio, The North Side seats up to 52 guests, offers lush greenery, string lights, + fire pits.
THE SQUARE
Included in any North Side rental, or available on its own, The Square is perfect for small, cozy parties of 8-16.
THE SOUTH SIDE
AKA our front patio, The South Side seats up to 70 + boasts gorgeous sunset views over Lake Mirror + the downtown Lakeland skyline.
THE TANKS
Our only indoor space, The Tanks seats up to 24 + offers great views into The Joinery + even comes with a mini-bar stocked with assorted sundries for your guests!
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the food work?
Aside from specialty desert items (i.e. birthday/wedding cakes), outside food and beverages are NOT permitted. However, we do have a few great options in house to feed and water your guests!
Let everyone handle their own food costs by purchasing from any of our tasty restaurant options, while they enjoy the exclusive space you’ve reserved for them to party in!
Purchase Joinery Gift Cards for your guests to use throughout the space at any of the restaurants or bar. You can set whatever dollar amount you’d like to provide for your guests, typically $15-25 per person for food. (our most popular option!)
Catering from one or a few of the restaurants inside The Joinery. We will organize, setup, + clean up after so you and your guests can hang in your space and have the food brought to you! Ask for an up-to-date catering menu from our events coordinator once you’ve made your reservation request.
WHAT ABOUT BOOZE?
Want to provide adult beverages to your guests, but not sure how it works? We’ve gotcha covered…
Let everyone handle their own booze at the beautiful Joinery Bar! Hey we’re all adults, right? We can each pay our own way, eh?
Open a tab for your group and settle up with the bar at the end! This will definitely ensure your group has a lively and memorable time at The Joinery for your party.
Limit your tab with a dollar amount or drink tickets! This way you can let your guest cut loose, but still make your next car payment! Phew!
CAN I COME EARLY TO SET UP?
Your space will be ready for you and your decorations 20 minute before your scheduled time! Just pop over to the bar and ask for your events coordinator; they’ll take you to the space and offer whatever assistance they can to get you going!
P.S. You’ll also get 30 minutes after to clean up!
