Meet the core team involved in our day-to-day operations:
Madison Watson
Maddi is our Director of Operations and boy is she! She handles literally everything—-from hiring + training our team to developing our craft cocktail menu, to ordering supplies and managing our P+Ls… oh and of course, dog-momming her three furry babes: Frank, Maxine, + Juniper.
Kristy Scott
Kristy is our Director of Brand Experience + media maven! She oversees all things visual: from enhancing the interior design of the space, to overseeing private + community events, to managing our interactions on Instagram + Facebook. Outside of The Joinery, she’s a jewelry designer/maker (k.scottjewelry) and interior + fashion design aficionado!
Jonathan Bucklew
Jon is our fearless leader > > > treading where no one has gone before. Day to day, he acts as our CEO, CIO, COO, maintenance man + in-house DJ. Outside of The Joinery, he’s the owner of industrial modern furniture design/build company Seventeen20.
